*Nationwide Unlimited Cincinnati Bell Calling gives unlimited calls to/from any Cincinnati Bell wireline phone number when made/received anywhere within the U.S. providing caller ID and dialed digits call information is available. Calls made to Toll Free 800#'s, 411 Directory Assistance, operator "0", international calls, and forwarded calls are not included and will be charged as normal. Connect 5SM requires that you establish a "MyAccount" on www.cincinnatibell.com. Connect 5(SM) numbers may be U.S. domestic numbers and must not include 411, voicemail, toll-free, calling card or 900 numbers. Numbers changed or added to your Connect 5(SM) list of numbers will be eligible for unlimited calling on the billing cycle following the change.

Peak hours are 6 a.m.-9 p.m (7 p.m. as noted on some plans). Mon.-Fri. Off-Peak (AKA 'Night and Weekend') hrs. are 9 p.m.-6 a.m. Mon.-Fri. and Weekends. Credit check required. There are no early termination fees. Overage minute charges of up to $.45/min, taxes, fees and surcharges are in addition to package/plan price. Overage charges of up to up to $0.20/message for text and MMS and $0.05/kilobyte of data. Wireless Cancellation Billing Policy: The monthly charge for voice calling plans and features will not be prorated for the final partial month of service. The full monthly service fees will apply and you may use your full month's allotment of included-in-plan minutes, even if your service is active for only a partial month.
